9th GRADUATION DAY on 27-04-2025
Graduands intending to receive the degrees on the Graduation Day are requested to make note of the following details.

Last Date for Online Registration : 23.04.2025 (Wednesday)
Date of Graduation Day : 27.04.2025 (Sunday: 9.00 AM)
Reporting time : 27.04.2025 at 8.00 AM
Graduands are asked to fill and submit the forms with two Passport size photographs in person on the day of graduation.
For your kind attention
- Registration starts at 8.00 A.M.
- Graduands are asked to be in their seats by 8.30 A.M. for rehearsal.
- Graduands are instructed to come with formal dress and shoes. Without proper dress code graduands shall not be permitted inside the venue.
- Children are not permitted.
- Food and beverages are not allowed inside the auditorium.
- Mobile phones are strictly prohibited inside the auditorium.
- All are expected to remain standing when the Academic procession enters or leaves the auditorium.
- Graduands are instructed not to take photographs and clap hands during the function. All the photographs will be uploaded on the college website. Graduands can download the same.
- Graduands are not allowed to go out once the program starts.
- Maintain silence during the whole ceremony.
- Graduands shall avail of the graduation robe (coat) facility by paying Rental amount of Rental amount of Rs.350 (Rs.300 of this amount will be refunded after returning the coat).
