Strategic Conclave on Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Start-up Development

The Women Empowerment Cell and Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) in association with SheLeads@TRP organized a Strategic Conclave on Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Start-up Development on 6th March 2026.

We were honored to host Thendral Rajendran, Founder & CEO – Megathil, Vice President – Corporate & Industry Relations at TANCAM, Global HR & Talent Leader, Coach – RW University, and General Secretary of THREPI HR Community, as the Resource Person.

She delivered an inspiring session highlighting the importance of innovation, entrepreneurial mindset, and start-up ecosystem development, encouraging students and faculty to explore opportunities in innovation-driven ventures and industry collaboration.

The session provided valuable insights on building start-ups, strengthening the innovation culture, and motivating young minds to transform ideas into impactful solutions.
